I'm sure everyone has had problems with this at one time or another.
Admire art, don't steal it.
If anyone uses my art without my permission, including my templates, you will be majorly sorry.
The templates are for free use on this site.
There should be no reason for you to abuse that right.
I should not see any of my art on DeviantArt or any other site unless I take it there.
I will not tolerate theft.
